Frozen Mango Yogurt
Preparation time : 15 minutes + 1 hour freezing time
Ingredients   Amount
Chopped Peeled Mango : 3/4 cup
Sliced banana : 1 cup
Orange Juice : 1/3 cup
Fresh Lime Juice : 3 tbsp
Low fat/toned milk : 1 1/2 cup
Sugar : 3/4 cup
Vanilla Yoghurt ( Low Fat ) : 1/2 cup
Method of Preparation :
  • Mix first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
  • Combine this mixture with sugar and yogurt in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk.
  • Pour mixture into 6 measure of ice-cream tray/container, and put it in freezer, let it remain for at least 1 hour before serving.
