Our Research & Development centre set up at Aditya Birla Science and Technology Centre Ltd. in Taloja is spread across 3380 square feet and spearheads our innovation, product research, development and testing efforts. It is equipped with a Packaging Lab, Wet Chemistry Lab, Instrumentation Lab, Formulation development labs/ Pilot plants for food as well as non-food products.

In addition to leveraging the latest platforms, ABRL seeks continuous improvement of key operational parameters through innovative IT initiatives that keep it a notch above the market.

In addition to using Oracle Retail as an end-to-end ERP solution across Supermarkets, Warehouse Management Systems and Vendor Portals are used to clearly track inventory and manage relationships with suppliers.

ABRL’s commitment to leveraging the latest technology to benefit consumers can be seen in the phased rollout of a Mobile Identifier System for Clubmore members. Through this, customised offers can be created for customers and the customer loyalty program will become completely digital and extremely convenient.

Further, it will also be used as a part of the feedback process where customer feedback will be mapped to their mobile number. Our Customer Service team will then follows up to understand concerns and feedback to deliver a differentiated and unique shopping experience that delights our customers every single time.
